POTTER worked with the superintendent and Citizen's Committee to establish a scope of work to replace and renovate aged facilities

District-wide.  The resulting Facilities Survey and Needs Assessment designed a $45 million bond program.  The successful referendum

included a new CoEd competition and practice Gym with two courts.  The home side has 1,070 seats over concrete with an elevated concourse.  The Visitors side has motorized telescoping bleachers with a capacity of 750 seats.  When not in use for competition

the visitors bleachers can be retracted allowing for practice on the second court.
