POTTER worked with the Superintendent and Citizen's Advisory Committee to establish a scope of work to replace and renovate aged

facilities District - wide.  The resulting Facilities Survey and Needs Assessment designed a $45 million bond program in 2004 and a

subsequent $7.5 million program in 2005.  POTTER provided support in preparing bond information materials and leading public

forums.

The successful referendum included a new 85,000 sf K-2 facility.  The PTISD Trustees put forward a directive to incorporate standing seam metal roofing on all projects, which insinuated the traditional double-loaded classroom wings.
